This Privacy Policy applies to all data collected, processed, or stored by Azon Labs in connection with its services, website, and client interactions.
1. Data Collection
Azon Labs collects only the minimum data required to deliver its services effectively. This may include:
• Client name, email address, and business details
• Project requirements, technical specifications, and documentation
• Access credentials and infrastructure information (when provided)
• Payment and billing information (excluding full card details)
Azon Labs does not sell, rent, or trade any client data to third parties.
2. Use of Data
Client data is used exclusively for:
• Project execution and communication
• Internal documentation and progress tracking
• Legal, billing, and administrative purposes
• Quality assurance and service improvement
Data is never used for advertising, remarketing, or unrelated third-party services.
3. Data Access and Storage
All data is stored in secure cloud environments with access restricted to essential personnel.
Access is granted only on a need-to-know basis for project-related tasks.
Passwords, API keys, and other credentials are stored using industry-standard encryption.
4. Third‑Party Tools and Integrations
Azon Labs may use third-party tools for version control, task tracking, design collaboration, or payment processing (e.g., GitHub, Figma, Notion, Stripe). These platforms have their own privacy policies. Azon Labs ensures that all tools used are reputable and secure.
No client data is shared externally unless required for service delivery, legal compliance, or explicit client authorization.
5. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies or analytics tools to understand user behavior and improve performance. This data is anonymous, and no personally identifiable information is collected without consent.
Clients can disable cookies in their browser settings without affecting access to services.
6. Data Retention
Project-related data is retained for up to 12 months after project completion unless otherwise requested by the Client.
Invoices, payment records, and legal documents are stored for a minimum of 5 years for compliance purposes.
Clients may request early deletion of non-financial data by submitting a written request.
7. Non-deletion in Case of Default
If a Client is in payment default, Azon Labs reserves the right to withhold, archive, or retain all intellectual property, codebases, documents, and project-related data until outstanding balances are fully cleared. In such cases, the Client waives the right to request deletion or transfer of data until dues are settled.
An administrative data holding fee of $200 USD per month will apply starting from 30 calendar days after the invoice due date until payment is received in full.
8. Client Rights
Clients have the right to:
• Request access to stored data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of their data (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
• Withdraw previously given consent for data usage
Requests must be submitted through official channels specified in the client agreement.
9. Security Practices
Azon Labs follows modern security protocols to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, and leaks.
However, no system is 100% immune from risk. By using our services, Clients acknowledge and accept this inherent limitation.
10. Confidentiality
All client data, source code, business documents, and proprietary assets are treated as confidential.
Azon Labs will not disclose, reuse, or repurpose client information for any purpose unrelated to the client engagement.
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of services.
11. International Data Transfers
Depending on the service location and project infrastructure, data may be processed or stored in countries outside the Client’s jurisdiction. Azon Labs ensures that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and industry standards.
12. Children’s Privacy
Azon Labs’ services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
13. Changes to This Policy
Azon Labs reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed to reflect changes in laws, service offerings, or security practices.
All changes will be posted on the official website with the updated date. Clients will be notified if changes materially affect how their data is handled
