Our Agentic Transformation Program is a structured seven-week engagement that takes a client from a workflow audit to a deployed AI system. It's one of our core offerings, and it works — clients see real operational changes, not just a roadmap. As an Agentic AI Consultant, you'll be the person leading those engagements: running the initial audit, working with the client's operations team to identify where automation can actually make a measurable difference, designing the solution, and then working with our engineering team to make sure what gets built reflects what was promised. This isn't a role for someone who wants to stay in PowerPoint. You'll be in the room with clients and in the weeds with engineers. The combination of consulting rigour and technical depth is what makes this role work, and it's genuinely rare.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Azon Labs' Agentic Transformation Program — from initial workflow audit through to AI system deployment and client handover
- Conduct structured operational audits with client teams across functions including operations, finance, customer service, and sales, identifying automation opportunities that are viable and valuable
- Design the technical and operational architecture of AI solutions in collaboration with the engineering team — not just recommending tools, but thinking through how systems should actually work in the client's environment
- Present findings, solution designs, and progress updates to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors in a way that's clear, credible, and appropriately technical for the audience
- Manage client relationships through the engagement — setting expectations, handling scope questions, and dealing with the inevitable complications that come up in any real project
- Develop case studies, playbooks, and reusable frameworks from completed engagements that improve how future programmes are delivered
- Contribute to the development of the Agentic Transformation Program itself — the methodology, tooling, and pricing — as the offering evolves based on what we're learning
What we're looking for
- Four or more years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, or digital transformation delivery, with evidence of owning client relationships rather than supporting them
- A genuine and working understanding of large language models, agentic AI systems, and automation platforms — not just familiarity with the terminology but understanding of how these systems actually function and where they fail
- Experience managing complex client engagements that span multiple stakeholders, have ambiguous requirements, and carry real commercial and reputational stakes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior business audiences — able to explain technical concepts clearly without oversimplifying, and to challenge client assumptions constructively
- Comfort working at the boundary between business and engineering — you don't need to write the code, but you need to understand it well enough to make credible commitments on what's possible and when
- Experience working in the UK or MENA markets is a genuine advantage, as is familiarity with enterprise procurement and decision-making processes in those regions
- A track record of delivering on what you promised — this role involves real accountability for client outcomes, not just producing quality deliverables
